HR Entertainment concierge cannot and does not guarantee third party provider reservations, timeliness, employee conduct, or the performance of scheduled flights, cruises or tours, or the availability of hotel rooms or rental cars. H R Entertainment Concierge does not warrant the contents of this site as to accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. .

8. All warranties thereof, express or implied, are disclaimed. In no event shall H R Entertainment Concierge be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim or any special, punitive or consequential damages of any kind arising from use of this site, even if H R Entertainment Concierge has been advised of the possibility of such damages..

Your credit/debit card will be charged in full at the time your reservation is made. If your credit card is declined, your booking will be canceled and we will attempt to notify you, if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address or phone number. .

Disclaimer H R Entertainment Concierge shall have no responsibility for any travel related problems you may experience.H R Entertainment Concierge in no way guarantees luxury vip services provided through the limousine tours. We will provide special request information to the individual hotels; however, H R Entertainment Concierge cannot guarantee these requests. H R Entertainment Concierge shall not be liable for personal injury, damage or property loss from the acts, omissions or negligence of any person providing accommodations. .

12. Limitation of Liability In no event shall H R Entertainment Concierge be liable for any losses, injuries, claims, or damages (including incidental, consequential, lost profits or lost savings) arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the reservation data and services. In the event such limitation of liabilities is not allowed under (UK) law,H R Entertainment Concierge maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of the service charges paid to H R Entertainment Concierge for the services rendered.
